Youth Group Therapy (13-17)
Group sessions serve as additional support for teens age 13-17 who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues. Through group problem-solving, participants can talk openly and honestly with their peers and work together to help each other. There is power in accountability and our result-oriented program helps to provide the support and coping strategies teens need to succeed.
We offer weekly group therapy sessions for participants in both our outpatient and intensive outpatient programs.
Young Adult Group Therapy (18-22)
Young adults dealing with mental health and/or substance use issues need a space where they can find support and accountability among their peers. Our program encourages participants to share experiences, challenges, and insights, as they learn together how to tackle ever-more complex issues and prepare for life as adults.
We offer weekly group therapy sessions for clients in our outpatient program.
LGBTQ+ Group Therapy (18-22)
This safe space is open to young adults age 18 to 22 years old who identify with the LGBTQ+ community. Group sessions give participants the chance to meet new friends and discuss the joys and challenges of everyday life.
The group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and is open to all young adults who wish to participate.
